We serve organic raw smoothies, falafel made from sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, mouth watering soup, organic salads and organic bread, Raw pizza made with sprouted buckwheat, cashew 'cheese' and sundried tomatoes. We also serve organic hot chocolates made from sunflower seeds, flax seeds, cacao and dates and much, much more. This is the only place in Cork where you have a completely certified organic menu. Everything is very healthy. Our smoothies are made with raw cacao, agave, hemp, chia seeds, lucuma, wheatgrass, fairtrade bananas, organic fruit, organic spinach and a lot of love. We have 40 kinds of organic tea. Yes 40! As well as soya milk, oat milk, and rice milk, all of which are organic. A smoothie costs 3.50 and an organic falafel in pita with salad is only 6.50 to take away! We also sell wheatgrass shots and sprouts and amazing raw chocolates all known for their amazing abilities to heal. There is nowhere to get healthier food in Ireland. We are completely sugar free, dairy free and artificial free! Come in for raw pizza made with sprouted buckwheat or tofu dogs made with organic tofu. Our vegetables are local and organic and we know what's good for you.
